On the day of the interview we usually ask employers to send one or more reliable person to attend the interview. This can be either in person or via video conference. By taking part in the process, you help to make the best decision for your organization, without having to carry out the interview yourself. The clear advantage of doing this is that if you’re overseas, the interview can be carried out without you having to be physically present.
